For our IT organization within ASML, we are looking for an all-round motivated PMO and internal communications professional. Your communication approach should help IT employees align around the IT strategy, support in the Agile transformation journey and engage. You take a hands-on approach and are a real connector. You will plan, execute, measure and evaluate communications initiatives and create written and multimedia content. And of course, you have exceptional writing and communication skills (native English standard). You will regularly liaise with the Internal Communications Business Partner for the CFO organization to align your approach with the overall ASML corporate communications approach.

Next to the communication activities you will also support the IT supporting departments. You challenge your stakeholders on the effective and consistent use of the ASML processes & methodologies. You actively come up with suggestions for improvement initiatives and tasks. The Office of the CIO (of which the IT Business Support team is part of) works on continuous improvements in 4-weekly sprints. You lead small improvement initiatives independently, but in collaboration with other team members and/or external stakeholders.

Experience

  • 4-7 years' proven experience and track record in developing and implementing internal communications plans in an international environment.
  • Experience in working with IT organization is a plus.
  • Proven track record in hands-on development of powerful communications that positively impact attitudes and behaviors.
  • Preferably within an engineering field and a strong affinity with the engineering mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of internal communication channels.
  • Experience with implementation of changes and improvement initiatives, or ability to do so
  • Solid knowledge of project & portfolio management methodologies like PMBOK/Prince2 and MoP
  • Solid knowledge of and working experience with SAFe, Agile and Scrum
