Can you translate businessneeds into requests for the ART? We are looking for an engaged Solution Ownerfor Source Laser Department.

Role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager/Solution Owner (SO), you will be leading a multi-disciplinary projectin an Scale Agile (SAFe) way of working. You are responsible for improving the performance of the High Power Drive Laser (HPDL) including the industrialization aspects to meet ASMLs challenging product roadmap. This will involve definition, realization, integration, qualification and roll-out to our customers in close collaboration with our supplier TRUMPF.

In your role, you will have the responsibility to manage your project resources and project scope while balancing the business context in close collaboration with Customer Service, EUV factory, and Sourcing & Supply Chain.. You will report to the program cluster manager and will close collaborate with CPO and POs within the Drive Laser Modules ART and our supplier TRUMPF to realize the product and manage performance, risks and timing along the way.

As solution owner you are responsible for:

  • The delivery ofthe solution: definition, budget / resource estimation, planning, meeting themilestones and escalate (if needed)
  • Create and maintainshort and long term plans of the main deliverables (incl. KD decisions) withclear scope and priorities, report on progress and solve issues and roadblocksaligned with the Product Master Plan.
  • Pro-active memberof the 3iab (function architect, function owner, project lead)
    The preparationof the solution for the PI Planning Event by breaking it up in smaller workpackages so-called features (Minimum Viable Product thinking)
    Helping the teamsto understand the content, time line and business context of the required solution.
  • The alignment withother sectors to close knowledge, service and maintenance gaps related to thesolution
  • Build andmaintain close relationship with our supplier TRUMPF, make clear agreementson cross-deliverables and acts as operational point of contact.
  • The acceptance ofthe solution when implementation is done. You hold the acceptance criteriafor the solution (end-2-end ownership)

Education and experience

  • Master degree orhigher (PhD) with 5+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary teams in thefield of Engineering,
  • Applied physics, Product development or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 yearrelevant experience as project lead in a multi-disciplinary environment or demonstrated
  • management experience.
  • Experience in machinebuilding is a pre
  • Experience inworking with a (scaled) agile team is a pre
  • Experience incollaboration with high-tech oriented suppliers / partners is a pre
  • Engineering experiencein a relevant (optics, lithography, ….) technical field is a pre
