The highly engaged and personable ASML TA Manager Sourcing will lead our Sourcing and Campus Recruitment team, part of the Talent Acquisition Europe department. The TA Manager Sourcing is a mature leader with exceptional communication, organization and analytical skills. Based upon the latest labor market trends, you will design and implement talent sourcing strategies to proactively identify and fulfill future hiring needs by collaborating with Employer Brand Communications, TA Advisors and HR line. In the end, the responsibility of the Manager is to ensure, together with his staff that, ASML attracts and hires the best employees, while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline.

Purpose of the job

As a TA Manager Sourcing, you will provide expert advice on effective TA sourcing strategies to Talent Sourcers and (RPO) searchers, drive attraction campaigns, run internship/fresh graduate program and execute sourcing strategies to proactively attract passively sourcing niche candidates. You will work closely together with Labor Market Communications and Talent Programs to analyze labor market trends and predict future hiring needs to, eventually, design the sourcing strategy. Together with other sector TA Managers, you are responsible for programs that develop and maintain subject matter expertise and on specific TA processes, people and systems for ASML in the Europe region.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and drive creative talent sourcing and job marketing strategies to proactively build talent pipelines for ASML’s future employment needs.
• Analyzing and communicating TA trends, results and insights to drive future TA activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Lead the TA teams (Campus and Internship Recruitment, Sourcing) who are all responsible for an effective and efficient recruitment process for hiring talented employees ranging from fresh grads to senior experts.
• Implement and oversee an efficient & effective processes concerning TA searching, shortlisting and planning in cooperation with RPOs including overseeing the SLA agreements and provided services.
• Close collaboration with Sector TA Managers, HR Line and Employer Brand Communications in the TA demand planning process.

Further Qualifications
• 8+ years’ experience in recruitment/sourcing in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Significant experience in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent
• Minimum bachelor’s degree; Master’s level preferred
• Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources to predict labor market trends.
• Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
• Managerial experience, specifically coaching, development and influencing.
• Experience in setting up CRM strategies and technology

Position Overview
The role of the TA Manager Sourcing is to support our ASML Business goals by focusing on building relationships with their team and hiring managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization. Takes direct ownership for successful customer relationships and guide hiring across several business groups within the ASML organization.

This position is based on the HQ campus (Veldhoven, the Netherlands). Partially working from home is possible.
