The People Development Senior Specialist is responsible for managing leadership development interventions and high-potential programs in Taiwan and Singapore. The role works closely with the HRBP in supporting the translation of business needs to appropriate leadership development interventions that are aligned with the People Development strategy.

Role and responsibilities

Build very strong relationships with our employees, managers, and senior leaders as a way to get to know how to best meet their needs
Partner with People Development colleagues and HR Business Partners to shape and translate business needs into People Development strategy
Work with P&OD Lead to implement regional P&OD strategy and drive key programs and projects. Collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
Independently project manage leadership development programs in line with People Development strategy, including training planning, vendor management, refreshers, and impact measurements
Act as Subject Matter Expert and partner with Global People development colleagues and external vendors to (re) design / introduce new learning programs as needed per business and People Development strategy
Independently manage People Development operations, such as People Development department communication, learning system maintenance and coach colleagues on other operational tasks
Contribute to global P&OD programs and projects as subject matter experts to share insights, challenge perspectives and collaborate to reach high quality results
Facilitate workshops / high-potential programs at ad hoc basis

Education and experience

7+ years of People/Organizational development work with focus on L&D, leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness. Experience/Accreditation in coaching, facilitation, interventions and digital learning, is a plus
5+ years of experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing trusting relationships; Consultancy firm experiences preferred
Strong track of record of project management, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to balance stakeholders, secure resources and meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven ability to actively use business metrics and or talent metrics, and training data to track, trend, and manage impact of training efforts
Fortune 500 MNC working experiences preferred
