Senior Account Manager

Introduction to the job

• Manages multi-level activities related to regional accounts or for segments of global accounts to positively impact customer relationships, and future growth in products.
• Assists in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
• Takes a leadership role in managing company resources to ensure total customer satisfaction

Role and responsibilities

• This is a senior management position focusing on account management, business development and growth of Brion Korea.
• Brion is the market leader in computational lithography technologies focusing on applications such as Source Mask Optimization (SMO), process modeling, Optical Process Correction (OPC), lithography process optimization and control and metrology.
• Responsible for setting business targets and priorities for field application team based on customers, market, products and competitive environments. Ultimately drive the growth of Brion business and market value.
• Responsible for achieving the business targets through business strategy and negotiations.
• Ensures customer intimacy at multiple levels, developing key technical and management relationships to ensure long-term account success.
• Account management activities including periodic high level management and roadmap meetings (ERMs, TRMs, QRMs, ...etc). Develop each meeting plan, including agenda, participants, messaging and objectives.
• Work with both key internal and customer stakeholders, specifically with a good understanding of technical roadmaps to ensure good alignment of capabilities and timeline.

Education and experience

• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering

• Minimum 15 years of sales or technical management role in semiconductor

Skills

• Leadership and experiences in a similar function with success track records
• Highly independent, self-motivated and goal driven
• Strong strategic thinking process to identify opportunity and gaps
• Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse in both Korean and English
• Ability to create business strategy from concepts to plans
