Introduction to the job

Responsible for orchestrating and leading innovation and transformation for ASML learning across the organization. Defines and drives the global adoption of the new Learning and Knowledge Management roadmap.

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead and define the organizational change management approach including creating and maintaining the adoption and change management plans, communications, and measuring progress;
  • Work with CLO to align on development and implementation strategies to build and mature the global Learning and Knowledge Management organization;
  • Oversee work of all change management leads on the program and ensure a cohesive team and unified work;
  • Build trust and collaborate with Business Leaders, to build a Learning and Knowledge Management transformation plan;
  • Drive E2E adoption of the change portfolio to realize the Learning and Knowledge Management strategy;
  • Design and deliver organizational change, organizational design and team effectiveness efforts across multiple countries;
  • Translate the Learning and Knowledge Management roadmap into a change portfolio and concrete change & communications plan;
  • Gather insight and feedback surrounding transformation communications and activities they are responsible for;
  • Proactively identify changes and events that may affect change saturation or acceptance of the transformation. Take action to address the risk or act on opportunities to combine change activities with other events in the company;
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative;
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan, evaluate and ensure user readiness, and manage stakeholders;
  • Track and report issues and follow proper escalation path;
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
  • Craft communications that provide awareness and motivate users to transform the way they work. Manage the review cycle and execution of communications delivery across a variety of channels;
  • Advise stakeholders on transformation communications;
  • Translate the Learning and Knowledge Management strategy / business needs into a world-class suite of new learning solutions roadmap, to drive and deliver a ‘paradigm-shift’ in the ASML learner Experience (e.g. moving towards an ATAWAD (Anytime, Anywhere, Any device) learning environment);
  • Champions early transformation ideas (“innovations”) to shape the strategic agenda and technology roadmap.

Education and experience

Professional:

  • Ability to influence leaders; skilled in asking the right question(s) - in combination - to elicit a response for the leader/team needs at the moment;
  • Experienced in people management, managing both direct reports and matrixed organizations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in converting technical messages into clear messages that outline why change is needed that appeals to key business personas;
  • Exceptional presentation skills to inform and influence leaders Able to understand and clarify business goals through consultation;
  • Understands how business goals integrate with project goals (why, so what) and translates those goals into actionable OCM strategies;
  • Experience with coaching leaders on how best to contribute to transformation success.
