Introduction to the job

Do you have experience in Master Planning and love to work closely with stakeholders from many different departments? We are looking for a candidate who is good at solving complex planning problems and able to use limited resource to achieve ASML's business target including the commercial product output and customer service requirement by the most efficient and economical way in time.

Role and responsibilities

•Proactively engaged with Supply Chain Planning team to understand the mid-long term demand trend of platform requirements
•Play as the control tower of demand and supply planning within factory to ensure end-to-end alignment and provide transparent and reliable integral supply and installation plan by optimizing resources and mitigating risk with cost effective driver.

•Optimize the LF Manufacturing (FAB/LAB) capacity planning to meet the mid-to-long-term output demands to satisfy the customer requirement date (CRD) for system level and needed date for module output level
•Engage with demand decision and communicate clear planning strategy from master plan change with all internal stakeholders and cascade to downstream
•Make steady rhythm planning and make well communication if change.
•Detect output supply risk and bottleneck timely to align with stakeholders for mitigation plan or even solution to ensure production continuity and output in time to fulfill both internal and external customer requirement
•Avoid material and finish goods idle to cause inefficient inventory
•Drive continuous improvement and efficiency with lean concept

Education and experience

Master or higher degree of industry management/engineering
7 years and above working as Production Planner/Supply Chain Planner/IE Engineer in high-tech environment
