Do you take the lead in ensuring the industrialization of high quality Qualification Tooling of new or existing optical column modules and are you able to see the big picture without missing the important details? Then we want to get in touch with you.
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and upgrading of allOptical Column Qualification tooling at suppliers and ASML which are usedfor production qualification of modules delivered to ASML.
- Developing new Qualification tooling: Early involvementduring the design phase by taking the lead in defining requirements andwriting specifications.
- Pro-active support: Make and execute plans for SW/HWupgrades on Qualification tooling.
- Reactive support: Hands on troubleshooting and solvingissues on existing Qualification tooling.
- Supplier development: Train the suppliers which haveQualification tooling such that they are able to provide basic support ofthe Qualification tooling themselves.
- Contribute in improving Way of Working
- The holder of this position reports to theIndustrialization Group Leader
Education and experience
Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or Applied Physics is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes
- Troubleshooting complex mechatronic systems
- Working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Work experience in Industrial Engineering is a pre
- Knowledge of specific ASML processes, SAFe and an optical background is a pre
- Affinity to software is a must
