Introduction to the job
Understand GOC’s requirement and operation to drive our IT relevant departments by developing key parameters in reports and drive improvements together with the management team and key stakeholders.
Role and responsibilities
•Handling of material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
•Monitoring of worldwide shipments
•Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art GOC reports and dashboards for the stakeholders
•Define the methodology for creating visibility in GOC with new reporting perspective
•Translate/refine requirements and visualize data into information that can be used to take appropriate action
•Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving
•Be the Subject Matter Expert and the Key User of the reporting tools within GOC
•Advance stakeholder management, team player, pro-active, result oriented, convincing and “can do” mentality, flexible and adaptive to change
•Excellent professional communication in English
•Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
Education and experience
•2 years relevant experience in multinational companies, ideally with Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Procurement, PM or Engineering background.
•Affinity with ERP; SAP, Python, Tabulate, and Macro experience is preferred
•Relevant bachelor degree or above (Information Technology, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain or Engineering)
