Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist (Corporate Real Estate)

The main purpose of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) – BI & Reporting Specialist is to enable up-to-date and accurate BI solutions and management information that supports the CRE processes. In this role, you are part of the new global Data Management Team of CRE that manages all the data in the field of asset maintenance, real estate planning, project management, workplace management and facilities management. You enable CRE to rely upon high quality dashboards that give insights in buildings, production facilities/utilities and support other processes like maintenance, services, space planning, real estate management, workplace management and reporting and dashboards.
Role and responsibilities
Together with your colleagues in the Data Management Team (Data Domain Manager, Data Subject Matter Expert, Performance & Reporting Specialist) and the Hybrid development team you contribute to the BI & Reporting landscape of the CRE data, applications, tools and systems. You contribute by maintaining a consistent set of physical, functional and performance characteristics and master data and dashboards. In this role you support stakeholders with (ad hoc) requests concerning management information and BI system functionality and you improve data quality. To do so, you develop BI solutions, make data quality plans, manage requests and prioritize those (together with the Hybrid team) before alignment with IT, change board or supplier. In addition, you support data improvement initiatives and projects. You act as the project lead and engage throughout the entire process, including user acceptance testing. Aside of that, together with the team you generate ideas how to use data to improve and innovate processes, such as AI, machine learning and predictive maintenance.
The role of CRE BI & Reporting Specialist is a global role, but with emphasis on Veldhoven, the largest production facility of ASML worldwide. Maintenance, projects, workplace and facility management processes conducted by CRE are related to the highly complex (clean room) production areas where multiple installations and utilities are configurated to work together and maintained with emphasis on business continuity and continuous uptime. Aside from that, on daily basis the campus in Veldhoven facilitates an appealing working environment to +/- 15.000 employees. ASML has several other production facilities and offices worldwide.
Education and experience
Bachelor or master degree in information technology, data management or in relevant related discipline.
SkillsThe role of CRE BI & Reporting Specialist is new within CRE. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic to become part of a new team and eager to contribute to building a BI Framework from the start. Additionally, passion for technical environments and maintenance (hard services) is a plus.
