ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips. The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance of ASML systems on customer locations and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process.
Within CS the Global Training Center delivers and develops technical training for all customer support engineers. As Project Manager, you focus on project planning, driving execution and tracking progress to realize the Training Development Roadmap. Role and responsibilities
When joining the Global Training Center team as Project Manager, you have the following responsibilities:
·Organize project planning: scope, resources, and timeline;
·Drive project execution by tracking project status, milestones, risks. Hold regular project meetings to track deliveries and mitigate risks;
·Report on project status;
·Represent the project team towards stakeholders;
·Identify potentials for new improvements and contribute to the Training Development roadmap.
Education and experience
·Master’s, Bachelor degree in technical area or business administration or equivalent experience
·Project management experience (2-5 years). Preferable experience in training development projects.
