Intern - Sourcing and Supply Chain Intern - Linkou (1 yr contract)

Introduction to the job

Do you want to know how ASML operates in Supply Chain management ?
We are offering a great opportunity for part time employees to learn how ASML collaborate with suppliers via his/her job content.You shall work with Sourcing professionals with different nationalities and have the close look on what makes ASML unique and successful while delivering your value to the team via part time work.

Role and responsibilities

Support data maintenance in SAP/Ariba systems and provide the timely report with data analysis to internal customers; in parallel, perform the expertise in Microsoft Office applications and fulfill the ad. hoc requests to ensure the smooth communications with suppliers.

Managecommercial information in IT systems.
Supportoperations in ordering
Updateinternal databases per requirement (vendors, orders, info record, catalog& contracts)
Reportingand assignment projects

Education and experience

Students for Master (or Bachelor) degree

Solid English communication skills
Solid skills on Microsoft Offices: Excel, Powerpoint & Word
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
Open minded with strong willingness to develop personal career in procurement or supply chain management.
Any previous working experience in project management, supply chain, hardware production management, semiconductor industries will be a plus.

Report to Sourcing & Supply Chain Group Lead, and work with Sourcing Leads/Tactical Buyers.Following the built up pattern (for interns) to grow himself/herself with the coaching from the team, and enjoy the challenges from different perspectives.

Work-time : 2.5 ~3 days per week.
Free lunch is provided, shuttle bus service (to Taipei/Hsinchu) is available at individual cost.

10% (potential/limited travel between ASML factories in Linkou/Tainan)

Day shift (09:00-18:00), cab be flexible per individual availability.
