Image Sensors are extremely critical for ASML machines. As a Scrum master you take charge of the SAFe adoption of the functional Scrum team and help it improving its performance.

Role and responsibilities
Our group secures performance and reliability of ASML Image Sensors ensuring that we deliver high quality measurement system of our Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) lithography tools. Within the BM Sensors department, the Image Sensors group’s mission is to deliver high quality sensors. The group is responsible for the physical and optical design of these light sensors for ASML EUV lithography tools. You will also have an indirect reporting line to the Epic Owners and Chief Product Owner.
Job Description
The goal is to develop next generation Image Sensors for lithography systems.
You will work as Scrum Master within a functional scrum team consists of architects and optical designers of about 10-15 people.
As Scrum Master (SM) you guide the scrum team, ensure timely delivery, evaluate bottlenecks and facilitate the scrum rituals and helping the team to improve itself.
You will create transparency and alignment on team capacity, speed, quality of deliverables and happiness
Towards the team you act as the voice of the other teams in the Agile Release Train, by interacting with the Release Train Engineer, by participating in the Scrum-of-scrums by maintaining an overview of inter dependencies and risks between the scrum teams.
Education and experience
-Technical University with PhD or Master’s degree in physics or mechanical engineering
-Experienced scrum master or team leader within a technical environment
-At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
-Strong affinity with sensor systems and / or optics
