Role and responsibilities
The Integrated Business Planning department is a separate entity within the Operations sector with interfaces to a lot of stakeholders (Business Line, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance Manufacturing, D&E and Sourcing). Its independent role is used to create an objective decision making process for planning purposes across ASML. It plays a vital role in bringing parts of information together, providing the right decisions and consequences to senior management and board level.
Within the IBP department, the Infra team supports the integrated business planners and other ASML stakeholders by optimizing processes and providing decision support analysis and tooling. In this role you will create tooling for complex planning challenges in the monthly demand & supply cycle balancing capacities, flexibility and output of the complete value chain for all business lines. To achieve this you will work with people from all ASML sectors and external entities. We want you to cooperate with universities and other research institutes in developing new and better decision support systems to deliver ASML growth.
Education and experience
Education
Academic level in econometrics, mathematics, computer science, industrial engineering or similar.
Experience
• > 5 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of optimization techniques in operations research
• Experience with advanced planning solutions like AIMMS, SAP-APO is a pre
• Experience in consulting and/or business planning & optimization software implementations
