Job Mission

ASML has grown a factor 2 in the past five years. This kind of scaling affects our own organization, but also the way we work with suppliers. Next to achieving cost savings it is of increasing importance that we manage our risks and meet Quality, Logistics, Technology and Sustainability (QLTCS) criteria. Within your role you are the linking pin between ASML’s Sourcing (Sourcing Leads, Category Managers, Cluster Heads) and other internal stakeholders (Finance, Project Leads, Compliance). You support your stakeholders in effective and efficient cost management, facilitate risk & compliance discussions and drive closure of QLTCS process gaps.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

This role is a combination of business processes, reporting, analysis, consultancy, as well as operational activities and will support the locations of San Diego, San Jose and Wilton.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Align the data mapping and data collection of the various ERP systems to streamline reporting of Cost of Goods, Supplier Performance & Capability Management (SP10), Risk and Compliance and Sustainability (i.e. Conflict Minerals).
  • Align the business processes, reporting, compliance and analytics on the topics of Cost of Goods, Supplier Performance & Capability Management (SP10), Risk and Compliance and Sustainability (i.e. Conflict Minerals) between the US Sourcing & Supply Chain organization and the global Sourcing & Supply Chain organization.
  • Directs and guides the activities of a team of analysts to deliver sourcing performance management information to stakeholders from the ASML Sourcing & Supply Chain organization.
  • Sourcing & Supply Chain KPI dashboard creation and management.
  • Provide structural or on demand information and analysis.
  • Provide support to the ONE program.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data gathering and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel - possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data.
  • Knowledge/hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle and SAP).
  • 8+ years in a managerial role with direct reports.
