Scope of this role


The department CRE(Corporate Real Estate) is the Landlord of the ASML buildings (offices, premisesandIndustrial Sites). We facilitate ASML employees, customers, suppliers and visitors to provide optimal working conditions in a safe and comfortable environment.

Within CRE Field FM you will be regional facility management specialist forASML Japan

You are responsible for management and execution of all facility management related activities within Japan Hard services (e.g. technical maintenance), Soft services (e.g. catering, cleaning, office supplies) , coordination of EHS (environment health & safety) with Regional EHS manager, and be the team lead of local outsourced facility support employee(s).

Your aim is to continuous improve the level of performance of facility management in Japan and to raise the level of performance of the local outsourced IFM team(s).

Job Description

• Facility management representative, and responsible for FM operations for Japan offices with regards to: Soft services, Hard services, Physical security and other FM related activities

• Contract manager Services (e.g. Building lease, cleaning, catering, office supplies, car lease, IFM): budget planning, vendor management

• Project lead: Develop and execute Projectswith regards to cost saving, efficiency improvement, global/regional alignment and events with Regional Project Manager

• Manage local IFM support team (4~5 outsourced FM team onsite in ASML Japan offices)

• Contribute to the development of and execute the Facility management Master planning ASML Japan

• Provide solid management information (including KPI's) to management and stakeholders(Japan Management Team)

• Prepares, propose and execute budget (OPEX & CAPEX) within the assigned region

Specific Requirements

• BSc degree in facility management or other relevant education

• min. 8 years of relevant work experience;knowledge of and experience in facility management and project management.

• Strong administrator

• Action orientated

• Able to act in a continuously changing and highly demanding organization

• English verbally and in writing

• Good in communication and flexible mind set

• Capable of managing budget in OPEX and CAPEX

• Domestic travel 20% of working hour, min 2 times of international travel expected
