Introduction to the job
Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires concurrent engineering by all disciplines. The Supply Chain Management Project Manager New Products fulfills this need by bridging the gap between new product development and supply chain volume operations.
Role and responsibilities
As Project coordinator, you provide data and support Project lead the time to market, supply chain management specifications at optimal costs whilst staying agile to business opportunities.
You're responsible to define, secure and monitor the supply chain deliverables in the Product Generation Process (new builds, installs, upgrades and service products) reporting into the PLM PROJECT lead, D&E project lead and the ASML cross-sector Product Team. This includes the introduction, industrialization and phase-out strategies of new products as well as engineering sustaining activities on existing products. As key contributor to New product introduction project team,you are key accountable for and first point of contact for supply chain operations aspects and related issues.
To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills and you’ll guide and coordinate cross sectoral project team.
Education and experience
BS degree in (industrial) engineering or supply chain.
0 – 2 yrs work experience, of experience in new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments preferred.
