Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires state of the art teamwork by all disciplines. Smooth implementation of new and changed hardware, introduced on a daily basis, is crucial for the business. This requires an effective process, coordinating the change requests through the product life cycle and securing the efficiency and profitability of ASML’s business. Within this change process we have to keep up with rules and regulations that we have to comply to. Also regular attention is needed onto risk and their mitigations within the execution of the process. Do you have affinity with compliance? Are you able to bring compliance to the pragmatic level? Role and responsibilities

Support the Configuration Management (CM) department with compliance and risk activities. Help CM improvement projects to be compliant to laws and regulations. Also assist them with Risk and Control activities to asses the risks of the processes being developed. Be the central point for audits and questions on our current way of working and steer improvement initiatives on the current WoW.

The Risk and Compliance Analyst is the central person for risk and compliance work for the CM department. This person keeps in touch with the various corporate departments who deal with overall risk and compliance in ASML. As being the central person, the risk and compliance analyst helps the CM projects and process owners to ensure we comply with rules and regulations. In scope of the role are things like US export control compliance, Document Security compliance, NDA document compliance, Supplier confidentiality compliance. Also you are link between our department and the Risk and Business Assurance departments. The Risk and Compliance Analyst bridges the requirements from regulations into pragmatic solutions applicable on the work floor.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Academic level in industrial / logistics / engineering / IT / Security or (technical) business administration.
  • Prior track record in dealing with compliance, risk management or (document) security management.
  • knowledge of complex production or logistics processes in a very high technological environment.
  • Experience with change management within development or production organization.
  • Configuration Management certification (CMII module 1-4) is preferred.

The Risk and compliance analyst is positioned in the CM Organization governed by a Board, with executives across the sectors (Development & Engineering and Operations). You will work together with CM experts, CM Product owners, Project leads, Business Process owners and analysts, users in the business.
