Our Twinscan Factory - Shared Services – Warehouse Tool Logistics Operations department (TF ShS WTLO) is responsible for providing professional logistical services within the Warehouse and ourCleanroom to enable manufacturing excellence. As a team we deliver service on time, with the right competency and quality. We respect each other, are proactive, enjoy working together and show ownership. Role and responsibilities

As Team Leader WTLO Cleanroom Logistics Administration, your mission is to enable the CRL Administration department to deliver materials complete and within agreed SLA’s to the (internal) customers. To do this you are hierarchically managing a team of ~20 FTE, but also closely collaborate with 3 other teams, covering the same processes (total group ~60 FTE growing towards ~75 FTE). These 4 teams are closely integrated with each other.

You are also the main operational interface between the XT & NXT factories and the WTLO department. This means you are expected to keep XT & NXT factories up-to-date with regards to updates on operational issues & follow-up, so they are able to assess impact and alter plans where required. Also the other way around it is expected to share information back to the WTLO department.


The Cleanroom Logistics Administration department is responsible for the following activities:

· Dispatch required materials for TF Production Workcenters based on production plan & operational progress

· Chase timely delivery, determine ETA of materials based on needed date & time. Interface between factory work centers & WTLO departmentsfor timely follow up.

· Receive required materials from Warehouse 5L, consolidate based on building blocks and deliver to receiving TF Production Workcenters based on needed date & time

· Manage cleanroom stock for assemblies (makes)

· Manage first line logistical-related issues & follow-up

· Manage all return flows of redundant & defect production-related materials


Team Leader Tasks & responsibilities:

· People management: Manages his/her team, coaches the team members and assures required amount and proficiency of resource so that the team is at any moment capable of supporting ASML’s executing plans. Manage cooperation and harmony in the group by giving support, finding solutions and sharing information. Contributes to a productive and safe working climate and ensures the desired level of engagement and flexibility. Takes care of the day-to-day operational management. Leads by example. Ensures proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.

· Daily Performance Management: Observes day to day execution. Responsible for solving issues and preventing reoccurrence

· Tactical Performance Management: Define, attune, measure and reports overall SLA / performance to internal customers and staff.

· Quality & Safety: Safeguard and maintain tool quality and completeness process. Ensures proper execution of Safety policies and procedures.

· Improvement: Improve performance of the team and tool management processes. Initiates improvements and where required with support of the WTLO Engineers and other departments. Initiates and/or takes part in project activities related to the introduction of new processes and/or improvement initiatives

Planning: Plans on priorities as defined in SLA’s. Identifies potential bottlenecks in operations. Acts and communicates on situations with appropriate urgency and in a pragmatic way.

Education and experience

MBO+ / HBO level (logistics discipline or industrial/business engineering)

·Minimum of 3 years leadership experience (preferred as hierarchical leader, but coordinator/functional leadership is also allowed)

·Experience with a dynamic working environment (many changes)

·Preferably SAP specific (E)WM or general WMS knowledge

Other information

Manufacturing within ASML plans and executes the assembly of NXE, NXT and XT systems, modules, parts for- and installs systems at customers’ site according to quality, cost and time criteria as agreed with our sales department and customers. The TF Shared Services department delivers support to achieve these order fulfillment targets with taking into account all market dynamics.

Position in the value chain:

The TF Shared Services WTLO department is part of the TwinScan Factory organization supporting the full ASML organization by delivering services, production plans, all materials and all necessary logistical functions to assure on time delivery of XT, NXT, NXE systems and Upgrades, Service Parts and commercial sets to our customers.

Working location: the Netherlands, Veldhoven

A certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag’, VOG) is required.
Work will mostly be done from inside cleanroom (wearing cleanroom suit)
You will work in support schedule (2-shift schedule).
