As a Business Process Analyst you will design, capture and improve business processes and procedures your colleagues use, drive improvement by solving the problems that colleagues and internal customers encounter. And provide your colleagues and customers with the tools they need to do their jobs and make decisions. This is important and highly appreciated work for a company growing as fast as ASML.

Role and responsibilities

Create and maintain ASML business processes, procedures and information flows:

• Design and capture missing processes in collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues, describing steps, deliverables, roles and responsibilities
• Maintain, update and improve existing processes
• Create training material and provide training to colleagues explaining the newly created processes

Drive continuous improvement:

• Identify and investigate problems and setting up improvement projects with a capable team, involving the relevant stakeholders
• Lead improvement projects, creating solutions for the encountered problems
• Facilitate colleagues leading improvement projects

Create and maintain digital tooling (software & dashboards):

• Identify the needs of your colleagues that can be satisfied with digital solutions
• Design and conceptually create digital solutions (e.g. dashboards or automation)
• Prioritize and submit improvements and bugs to the ASML software and BI teams
• Troubleshoot questions from users
• Create training material and provide training to colleagues explaining the digital tooling used

Education and experience

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Organization Management or Information (Technology) Management

• >5 Years working experience as Business or Data Analyst, Business Consultant or Project or Change Manager
• Experience with Business Process Modelling
• Experience with IT development
• Affinity with data analysis and dashboarding (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau or Spotfire)
