Account Managerfor EUV products within Micron GOM team

Role and responsibilities

The mission of Account Manager is to be a bridge between customer and ASML, align the interests of both sides in terms of technology / product roadmap, support and quality, and commercial agreements.
This role’s effectiveness will impact market share and revenue growth.

Account Management: Manage Micron accounts and coordinate all necessary EUV activitiesto ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability. Develop andmaintain customer relationship by creating strong interface between multiplelevels of the customer and ASML including engineering, purchasing, planning,R&D, management , operations, accounting, finance, business lines andmarketing, deal structuring team, legal/contract, etc.Understand the customers business,processes and key issues. Ensure that ASML’s capabilities are consistent withcustomer requirements and understood by both parties. Where needed, chasingstakeholders to ensure quality deliveries for Micron EUV business.

Account Team Support: Work with all stakeholders to contribute to integratedMicron Account Management. Chair and drive ASML Account Team activities.Coordinate and guide activities of all ASML departments as they relate toapplicable accounts. Take clearaccountabilities to Global Micron account team by providing appropriateguidance.

Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of long termand short term sales strategies.

Sales Forecast: Routines sales forecast to ASML management. Gather andcommunicate customer and market information to ASML management and Marketing,to facilitate management decision making on pricing, marketing, etc.

Administration and Communication: Ensure all quotations orders and all other customer communicationto be handled promptly and accurate. Manage quotation- and sales order-processes for the applicable accounts. Monitor administration and follow up.Ensure proper communication on progress, Accounts, customer satisfaction etc.

Education and experience

Master/Bachelor
5 - 10 years semiconductorexperience
