Role and responsibilities

Monitor, execute and improve stock & IT performance related warehouse processes in order to ensure maximized stock accuracy & system cleanliness. The role also contains making sure the IT architecture is aligned with the operational processes and drive these to the next level.

-Monitoring & adjusting stock related processes
-Monitoring & adjusting iDoc related processes
-Monitoring of EWM systems(exception messages / open tasks)
-Monitoring of AS/RS systems

-Act as integral business SPOCfor IT architecture related to operational warehouse processes

-Analyse and improve IT &logistical landscape processes (SAP EWM / KiSoft / EasyWMS)

Education and experience

HBO or Master in the field of logistics, warehousing or technical

-Min. 2 years of experience within logistics
-Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
-Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: analyzing problem, finding root-cause and determining solution.
-Knowledge of quality improvement methods.
-Experience in problem analysis of products and processes.

Other information

The Warehouse, Tools & Logistics Operations (WTLO) is responsible for the storage, planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material, eg systems, upgrade packages etc. FLS directly supports these functions by solving incidents and consequentlyaddressing them to the rest of the organization to create a structural solution.

-A certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag’, VOG) is required.
-The employee will need to follow additional training and courses.
-Work will partially be done in cleanroom (wearing cleanroom suit)
-Work will be done in support rooster. The shift schedule can change in time; flexibility from the candidate is required.
