Recruitment Administrator

Introduction to the job

Recruitment administrator will act as the first window to employees and external candidates for all recruiting process. As a priority, recruitment administrators will arrange interviews, documentation, onboarding, mass hiring support, session arrangement, communicate with candidates, direct sourcing for potential candidates etc.
A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key.Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary.

**1 year contract

Role and responsibilities

Interview arrangement
-On/offline Interview scheduling & Venue preparation
- Interview arrangement and operation à Pre-test, and real-time support for interview (online/offline)
- Interview guide to applicant (TER, Online, English test etc)

Source and pre-screening
- Search candidates for hiring positions through multiple channels and proactively conduct phone screening to build connections, to introduce open roles and to validate the capability of candidates.
- Keep track of hiring process for open positions and share feedback with recruiter and hiring managers

Mass Hiring support
- Interview scheduling & interview preparation :Venue reservation / Materials, Interview fee , PC, Mic, etc
- Onsite support : Escort interviewees to interview room etc

- Request data for account creation : Health check, Personal files etc (SAP ID, PC, ID Badge)
- Onboarding day support : Document filing,reserve venue, escort
- Collect data and share with respective dept : EBA, C&B, IT, EHS etc
- New hire guide and announcement

Education and experience

- Bachelor degree in business administration or related majors

- 1-2years of working experience

- Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
- Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
- Office programing skill such as word, excel, etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills
- Experience in using Recruiting System and have good data analytics skills
- Able to work under pressure and strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
