Role and responsibilities

As Employer Brand Manager Communications, you are the key business partner to the regional Employer Brand Managers in Europe, US, Korea, China and Taiwan as well as global colleagues in Talent Acquisition responsible for university engagement strategy and candidate experience. You will also collaborate closely with a lean in-house design team on the creation of global guidance, careers page updates and key global programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the global priorities including Employee Value Proposition (EVP), key strategic TA programs and KPI reporting
  • Implementing the global employer brand strategy
  • Driving the evolution of the ASML EVP to increase brand awareness, engagement and attractiveness including project managing the refresh of messaging, visual and verbal identity and global roll out and implementation
  • Working closely with our center of expertise in digital communications you will drive global campaigns across key digital touch points including careers website and careers channels
  • Your passion for living the brand from the inside out drives the adoption and success of key global programs
  • Leading as a brand ambassador by helping internal stakeholders and partners understand and implement ASML employer branding solutions and capabilities
  • Creating effective employer branding campaigns and/or framework for global campaigns reflecting our culture and values
  • Driving and coordinating the global quarterly reporting and analysis

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, Communications or Marketing
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in employer brand strategy and digital marketing and operations in a global environment

  • Proven experience working with market teams on localization and effectiveness
  • Project management experience

You will be part of a large global communications team with a variety of backgrounds and nationalities, which offers inspiration and opportunities to learn and to develop yourself. Communications at ASML covers corporate communications, internal communications, branding, recruitment marketing, community engagement, digital communications and content. Our communications teams are in the Netherlands, the US, South Korea, China and Taiwan. You will be reporting to the Global Director Employer Brand Communications.
