Background information

The Internships Recruitment team is part of ASML's HR Talent Acquisition department and is responsible for attracting, recruiting and engaging with interns. At ASML we highly value students and fresh graduates, as we believe that they have high potential for talent development and they may even become our star colleagues in the future, as over 20% of our interns find a job at ASML after graduating. At the ASML headquarters in Veldhoven, we host over 300 interns every year, with the majority of students having a technical background. The Internships Recruitment team works in close collaboration with the Business, Campus Recruitment, Talent engagement and Labor Market Communications.

Your assignment

As an intern at the Internships Recruitment team, you will work as a team member, taking part in all activities related to attracting, recruiting and engaging with interns. Your tasks include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process of interns from start to finish;
  • Intern Community engagement, management and branding;
  • Managing stakeholders on different seniority levels;
  • Attending student career events;
  • Reporting on internships;
  • Project(s) related to Talent Acquisition, depending on your background and interests.

Besides your tasks, you will get the chance to network with people from other HR departments, as well as with other interns through the ASML Intern Community.

This is a bachelor/master level apprentice internship for a minimum duration of 5 months, 4 days per week, starting in July 2022.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Organizational Studies, Business, Communication or similar;
  • Are highly interested in Talent Attracting/Engagement, Recruitment and Community Management;
  • Are outgoing, proactive, adaptable and well-organized;
  • Work well in a team as well as independently, enjoy challenges and are stress resilient;
  • Speak and write English on an advanced level;
  • Are handy with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
