Introduction to the job

This role will be the main internal communicationchannel and work with cross functional sectors to maintain the employeerelations, developing strategies to improve engagement and create positiveand attractive workplace.

Role and responsibilities


Support management team to build a workenvironment to
encourage employees to feel engaged with their workand connected with the company culture and goal, lead to greater work productivity and cohesiveness.


Communicationand relations
1. Partners with stakeholders to prepare andfacilitate all employee meeting, deepen and strengthen the connectionwith employees and create trustable communication environment.
2. Build and maintain effective and impactfulinternal communication channels (ex. sounding board, speak-up mailbox),collecting the opinions and suggestions from employees. Provide the insightsand highlight key trends to management team.
3. Create assets to develop the sense ofcommunity (ex: video, producing andpublishing content across multiple channels such as internal webpage andvirtual group)
4. Collaborate with key global stakeholders insupport of communication objectives (ex: global event planning)

1. Create and design engagement strategies todrive the managers to increase team dynamic and group cohesion. (ex: processimprovement, innovative ideas, etc.)
2. Measure and analyze engagement data (Ex: survey). Identify major issues, assessing root causes and making recommendations to minimize potential conflicts and mitigate organizational risk.

Education and experience


Bachelor orMaster degree


3-5 years in communityengagement, human resources, diversity & inclusion and other relatedprofessional experience.

Other information

This role will directly report to office management team and support the LF management team on employee engagement and internal communication.
