Employee Relations Specialistserves as a valued member of the Employee Relations & Labor Complianceteam, responsible for managing relationships between the company andemployees at country levels.This rolewill be expected to partner with the Employee Welfare Committee and theInternal communication team to ensure a fair and consistent approach topolicies and procedures, thus promoting a positive ER culture within thebusiness.
JobDescription
Provide guidance on the interpretation and administration of companypolicies, procedures, and programs. Monitor the effectiveness and efficiencyof operations and services.
Administer employee welfare benefits activities and programs.
Performs employee onboarding for new employee orientation.
Contribute to internal projects and workstreams as needed. Identifyand recommend methods to resolve problems, update, simplify, enhance, andoptimize existing processes, procedures, policies, and technologies.
Education and experience
At least Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strongly Prefer Master’s Degree in HR or related field
Experience 7 years above
