As Talent Acquisition Services Contract Manager you will be focused on contract management for outsourced HR Services in Europe related to Talent Acquisition (Flex recruitment, Interview Planning, RPO, flex recruiters, recruitment agencies, job marketing) Contingent Workforce Management, Outsourced Workforce Management and Outplacement. Workforce Identity and access management for temporary workers in scope of named services. You will also be responsible for contract and supplier management in the Netherlands and smaller sites in Europe.

Role and responsibilities

In this position you will be expected to take decisions on service volume adjustments, changes in suppliers and hiring flex recruitment resources. Some of the challenges are, to align your services delivery plans over 3 different divisions and countries in EU, to manage a high number of involved workers including the related administrative tasks and timely management forecast of service deals with volume fluctuation.

The key areas of responsibility you will have as TA Service manager are:

·Define service level and volumes for required services with internal stakeholders on quarterly basis. Manage SLA with existing suppliers in contract meetings. Review and improve performance, efficiency and effectiveness of services.

·Keep internal processes and procedures concerning managed services up to date. Ensure suppliers stay compliant with changes in legislation or ASML policies.

·Identity and access management for service workers (60-80) in ASML IT systems. Support contingent worker (5-20) time-registration and approvals.

·Create purchase requisitions for required services and execute invoice approval process.

·Project management for Talent Acquisition insourcing / outsourcing initiatives and Talent Acquisition / Contingent Worker process improvement & process automation initiatives.

·Recruitment, selection and onboarding of flex recruiters

·Reporting on service delivery performance across divisions and countries in Europe

Education and experience

·BSc or MSc education in business administration or similar

·Minimum 7+ years relevant working experience

·Experience with contract management of HR Service Providers

·Experience with contingent worker recruitment, administration processes and systems

·Experience in a commercial role is preferred

·Strong Communication skills in English, Dutch preferred

·Strategic mindset, analytical skills
