As an ASML Integration Architect in the EUV Source Laser department you will be a key player for the verification and validation of new HPDL design improvements. Primarily you will own the de-risking logic test definition (PERT). This includes the overview of type of tests and test-facilities required for validation the performance of new design improvements. From the PERT you are able to setup a test plan and drive a team of test engineers who will execute and analyze the results (TPS/TAR). Based on the test results you are able to draw conclusions and recommendations for follow-up actions and design improvements which you will present and align to Drive Laser Architect team.

The department EUV Source Laser is responsible for delivering the specification, design, integration and validation of the (CO2) Laser system which is a key part of the EUV Source.
Role and responsibilities
As an ASML Integration Architect in the EUV Source Laser department you will be a key player for the verification and validation of new HPDL design improvements. From the PERT you are able to setup a test plan and drive a team of test engineers who will execute and analyze the results (TPS/TAR). Based on the test results you are able to draw conclusions and recommendations for follow-up actions and design improvements which you will present and align to Drive Laser Architect team.
You will be a member of the Source Laser Integration group in which your main focus will be on the integration of new Drive Laser Hardware deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defineand own PERT which takes care for testing risks for key performance KPIsof new DL systems
- Definetest plan which includes timing, test-facilities and type of manpowerrequired to execute and analyze results
- Makerecommendations and define follow-up design improvements based on TARresults
- Communicatefindings to senior stakeholders (Architect team and PCMs)
- Knowledgesharing within the integration team to mature the integration competency.
- Fromescalations define the right follow up and make sure the new learningsland in structural solutions.
- Develop & improve diagnostic tooling and models (MATLAB/python) for data analysis.
Education and experience
MSc or PhD in a technical area, which is preferably related to Laser Physics and/or Integration validation and verification strategies.
>5 years of experience in working on laser systems in a multi-disciplinaryenvironment, preferably within ASML.
Architectexperience (Technical lead of engineer team 5 -10 FTE)
Integrationexperience preferably on system level
