Introduction to the job

The Operational Prototypes Planners mission is to align demand and supply between and proto integration team/ engineer prototyping team and the projects team/PLM coordinators. Be a key coordinator to translate integration and engineer work into ERP demand and trigger project on material derivable.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

  • Work with demand owner integration team and PLM PL on building blocks and sequence and material required
  • Monitor the complete material scope of the prototyping including BOM and tools
  • Manage production work order in ERP system to trigger correct demand in correct timing.
  • Coordinate with PLM coordinator on projects deliverable for prototype build.
  • Align supply and demand. flag demand gap and escalate to projects coordinator
  • Secure material araciality for standard component(bulk material) and tools for integration. Purchase requisition and expediting
  • Track material issue out from and completion to warehouse via ERP and communication with work owner and warehouse employees.
  • Continuous process improvement in related work process and work instruction.

Education and experience

  • BSc/ MSc degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • BS degree with work experience of 0-2 years
  • MSc degree a plus
