Founded in 1984, ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips. ASML has its main R&D and manufacturing operations in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and (automation and optimization) of key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware, software and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML’s internal and external activities.

Currently ASML IT is in an Agile Transformation, in which SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework 5.0) is being implemented. All Agile teams are organized in Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The Identity & Access Management ART is responsible for supporting the entire organization with seamless and state of the art Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. All teams work Agile and are moving into a DevOps way of working, you built it, you own it! The IAM ART consists of teams focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Directories as well as Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and services.

Job Mission
A Sr. Developer is responsible for the functional specification and implementation of standard Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain with support of chosen IT technology.

He/she is also responsible for identifying and agreeing on the functional and non-functional requirements for these processes and be the point of contact for customer teams. The Sr. Developer works closely together with the IAM System Architect, other Senior Developers of agile teams in the IAM ART, the PAM Product Owner and the PAM Development team, and a broad range of stakeholders and customers. As a senior developer you are responsible for providing consultancy for the supported services and bring new demand to the Product Owner.

Job Description
Main responsibilities
Prepare design patterns for integrating applications for privileged access.
Refine and manage the PAM functional architecture.
Validate solution designs created by peers against the IAM solution architecture.
Document the “as-is” and “to-be” architecture for the proposed solutions in order to support Product Owner and System Architect and business users in decision making process.
Create functional designs, user stories and specifications, in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes.
Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities/functionalities according to the specifications.
Ensure knowledge handover towards the DevOps team.
Provide high level effort estimation for the implementation of the designed solutions during sprint planning and PI preparation.
Drive standardization and automation.

Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge.
Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others.

Requested Skills
Min 10 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management.
Thorough knowledge of and experience with Privileged Access Management processes.
Hands on experience on CyberArk Core PAS, Secret Providers and REST API integration modules.
Experience in preparing design patterns and solution architecture.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
Knowledge on Conjur is a plus.

Personal skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.Command of the Dutch language is a plus.
Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Prioritize work based on business objectives.

Education and Certifications
Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area, computer science. Security knowledge strong preconditions.
Valid industry certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM are a plus.
CyberArk Sentry or above certification is a plus.
You are in possession of a valid work permit for The Netherlands.
Agile + SAFe certifications are a plus ( and/or SAFe®certifications).

Context of the position
You will report to the Group Lead IAM.
You will be part of PAM team in the IAM Agile Release Train (ART).
You will work closely with IAM System Architect.
Within the PAM team you will align with peers and the Product Owner on operational planning and progress.
