Role and responsibilities

The ASML business systems application architecture currently is built on market leading but diverse platforms due to acquisitions. In order to achieve the optimal business operations and product development, alignment and consolidation of these environments is essential. The path to achieving this vision is complex and will require development of various strategies, stages and carefully planned steps to assure minimal disruption to operations and aggressive product development roadmaps. As part of the ASML Information Technology team, the Senior IT Integration Project Manager will work with the business and the global IT organization to identify, plan and manage execution of these initiatives.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Job Description

As a Senior IT Integration Project Manager you will be responsible for working with the business and supporting IT teams to manage system process alignment improvements, integration and migration projects for HMI and CLS subsidiaries of ASML.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages all phases of projects, including project identification, design, execution, monitor and closure from inception through project completion
  • Collaborates, manages and coordinates work performed by global IT team and internal customers
  • Develops project plans encompassing all elements of a project including requirements definition, implementation processes, testing and documentation.
  • Manage project deliverables within the triple constraints
  • Builds and maintains good working relations with internal customer and IT stakeholders
  • Ensures excellent cross-functional communication (through effective meetings, email, and other means) to ensure facilities project plan is communicated and followed within the team
  • Practices professional project management activities including scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management, progress tracking, governance communications and change control
  • Creates presentations as required to support internal and external program reviews
  • Execute Project Management Methodology in line with organization processes
  • Execute Agile/SCRUM methodology in line with organization processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and experience

  • BSc degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Proven success in leading system integrations or implementations of major platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Agile PLM, Arena PLM or Teamcenter
  • Working knowledge of product master data management, manufacturing and supply chain management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to act in a consultative role to understand functional business processes, related information technology needs, and solution options and delivery proposals.
  • Experience working in environments employing Agile or SAFe implementation methodologies
