Introduction to the job

The Sales and Customer Management Sector is responsible for P&L, Customer Satisfaction, and Node Planning within all Customer accounts. S&CM works closely with Business Lines and Customer Support Operations to deliver the overall ASML experience to the Customer.

Role and responsibilities

Complete service menu and provide cost calculator.
Send quotation to CTL.
Send quotation to customer, fetch customer PO.
Confirm with customer billing, consolidate information and request finance to invoice
Mail invoice to customer and follow up payment status.
Join account operation weekly.
Assist the business activities of Taiwan sales team

Education and experience

Bachelor or master degree

5 years above working experience is preferred.
3~5 years at least in sales/CS/supply chain admins roles

Other information

This position will report to Head of HMI Sales Taiwan, and work closely with service business manager, account manager, and support Taiwan sales/app business activities.
