Introduction to the job

Managing installed base business & customer relationship (mainly fab users)

Role and responsibilities

Manage fab capacity ramp and fab life cycle business
In charge fab users customers relationship
In charge installed base business strategy development and execution

Dealing directly with tsmc fab users
Managing (new/relocation) systems scheduling, shipments and customers ramp requirements.
Organizing business execution support from ASML factories, CS, CSCM, D/E, BLs, finance, etc..
Collaboration with other sales groups to execute VPA, to develop & execute installed base business strategy, e.g.: new (U/F) products roadmap, service contracts..
Managing fields upgrade/options business to meet TAP (MOR)
Where needed, manage competition activities to secure business objectives.
Acting as a business general manager & voice of customers for assigned fab account.

Education and experience


7 -20 years semiconductor experience

TSMC AZ fab account management
Ensure the full alignment (account business targets and WoW) with TW team
Special projects coordination (e.g.: IT security, Quality, green energy)

Reporting to TSMC account GOM
You could expect a lot of learnings, much fun and challenges from the job.
You are representing ASML, dealing with TSMC. This requires professionalism and commitment.

The role is expected to send 1 year orientation in Taiwan from Summer ’21 to Autumn ’22.
~25% or less once the ramp is stabled.
