The Stage Position Measurement (SPM) Group within the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for interferometer and encoder based position measurement systems for wafer stages and reticle stages. We are searching for a Product Owner who can contribute to the realization of these measurement systems.
Role and responsibilities
We’re searching for a product owner who will lead a functional scrum team with architects, optical designers, algorithm designers and integrators (10 people).
Towards the team you act as voice of the customer and determine the minimal viable product work packages in the backlog, their priorities and acceptance criteria. Together with product owners of the electronics, software and mechanics development teams you give input to the integration plan of the project manager.
Towards your stakeholders you take accountability of the team deliverables. You manage the triple constraints and report both a short and long term plan.
The goal of the team is to develop and integrate an interferometer system that measures the position of a wafer stage in a Yieldstar machine with nanometer accuracy.
Education and experience
Education
Technical University with a Master’s degree in physics, electronics or mechanical engineering
Experience
• Experienced product owner, project manager or team leader within a technical environment
• At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Strong affinity with sensor systems (optics, algorithms, software, electronics)
• SAFe certification as PO is a plus
