Role and responsibilities

Within ASML the Program Management Office (PMO) we are the recognized expert, that drives World-Class Program- and Project Management.

You will execute Project Management improvement projects in the D&E organization. The goal of the projects is to bring the operating model to the next level. The current model is a hybrid situation with traditional project management and an agile way of working. Bringing those two methodologies together, by driving specific improvement projects, will be your challenge.

The optimized model will improve the process to manage the project timeline, report project progress and prepare for decision making, resulting in effective and efficient product development.

Education and experience

  • Minimal level of Master degree, preferably in the area of Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing large, complex programs and projects
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with Project Methodologies like PRINCE2 and PMBOK
  • Experience in a large scale Agile environment (SAFe)
  • Drive continuous improvement of the way of working, based on market trends and internal developments
  • Pro-actively manage stakeholders in- and outside the D&E organization
  • Experience with project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Online, Jira, Jira Align)
