Sharing and jointly developing best-practices across ARTs
Defining guidelines / standards / ways of working (together with the team) within the scope of the competence, across ARTs
Supporting the various teams on implementing guidelines / standards / way of working
Continuous flow of information by sharing lessons learned and operational feedback
Enabling the Improvement and sharing of technical skills on related technologies
Role and responsibilities
Prepare and facilitate the competence meetings
Share notes and action points of the competence meetings
Drive the maturity growth of the competence
Keep the competence roadmap up-to-date and drive execution
Align with POs, RTE and architects on new demand, ongoing issues, etc. related to competences
Drive good collaboration within and across competences
Join and actively participate in the monthly competence lead meetings
Ensure quality assessment is embedded in the Agile teams
Education and experience
I am a servant leader and motivator for the competence
I closely collaborate with other competences, (C)PO’s and RTE’s
I ensure alignments with other competences
I chair competence and am present in competence lead meetings
I drive continuous improvement
I drive maximizing value for the ART
