Role and responsibilities

Job Description:

In this role, you have the opportunity to direct and shape the execution of the transformation roadmap to bring ASML Finance to best-in-class. As custodian of the overall transformation, you transform strategy into a capability roadmap, and ensure new initiatives are aligned with this strategy. You will have a leading role in the transformation, ensuring maximum value is realized by translating priorities into objectives and key results and monitoring benefits obtained across the portfolio.

You will be part of the central Finance Transformation Office responsible for enabling the successful delivery of the Finance & IT Transformation (FIT2025). You will report to the Head of Transformation, and work in close collaboration with other change experts, project and portfolio managers, and Finance team members.

Main responsibilities:

  • Teaming-up with Finance leadership and acting as asparring partner / providing constructive challenge to ensure maximumvalue is gained in line with the overall finance strategy
  • Work with various stakeholders to transform overall ASML and finance strategy into a capability roadmap, and ensure all new initiatives are in line with this strategy
  • Drive the translation of priorities into objectives andkey results across the portfolio of change initiatives, and monitoringbenefits obtained
  • Engage with various stakeholders and management bypresenting in portfolio boards and senior management meetings, and throughinformal communication methods to gain buy in and trust.
  • Support project managers in initiating new projects,ensuring scope, objectives, and business cases support overall Financestrategy. Work with the customer and management to gain commitment.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work through use of various reporting and dashboards to track KPIs and progress against the triple constraint. Work with stakeholders to take corrective actions as needed
  • Manage a Transformation team, including defining necessary competencies and coordinating hiring and onboarding of team members
  • Lead the Finance transformation community by coaching project leaders and junior transformation managers to improve their skills and reach better outcomes

Education and experience

Education

  • Masterdegree
  • Science/technology/finance/business background a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years’ of relevant experience in TransformationDelivery in a large corporate context or equivalent experience at aconsultancy firm / service provider in the finance domain;
  • Experience with IT; business or IT architecture knowledgeis preferred;
  • Experience with leading multidisciplinary teams andstrategic projects, strong negotiation and people skills;
  • Experience as people manager
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum and Safe methodology isappreciated but not mandatory;
  • Affinity with innovative development projects and feelcomfortable with handling the funnel from relatively vague requirements towell-defined project with committed partners
