Introduction

Are you a bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Business Administration or something related? Do you have a strong interest in Digital Media? Then this internship in the Talent Sourcing team could be interesting for you!

Background information

From within the recruitment department of Europe the Talent sourcing team focusses on getting ahead of the hiring curve by pro-actively attracting top talent within a certain competence. We engage in early engagement & recruitment activities to build a network of top talent for the most business critical competences of ASML. By creating, building and continuously engaging with talent pools, we are able to fill hard to fill positions much quicker than we did before at ASML because we have a clear candidate driven focus. We focus on Hardware, Software, Data Science & Engineering as well as Operational Excellence roles. We are a team of6 with 4 different nationalities between us and we are now looking for an intern to support us!

Your assignment

To find landing spots for exceptional talent we need a strong internal and external presence. Keeping this in mind we are looking for an intern that is eager to put theory into practice and will create a communication strategy. The exact content of the internship is open for discussion but you can think about the following:

  • The creation of a sharepoint landing page with a video presentation for the sourcing team. This means you will be collaborating with Labour Market Communication (LMC).
  • Optimize templates for outreach messaging and support activities aimed at raising internal and external awareness of the department.
  • Thesis research on the topic of "the effects of seniority and brand awareness on outreach response", Change Management or Organizational Design.
  • Support the sourcing process of difficult to reach candidates.

Your profile

To be eligble for this intership you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a bachelor or master student related to Communications, HR, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology;
  • You have knowledge of social media channels, content creation and statistical analysis;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, a drive for continuous improvement and an eagerness to learn are in your identity;
  • Experience in the world of recruitment is preferred;
  • The English language is required. Both written and verbally.

This internship is suitable for an apprentice internship as well as a graduation project for 3 to 9 months, for 3 to 4 days a week, with a start date as of September 2022.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
