We are looking for an experienced ASML colleague who can create and manage the best business plan by providing and executing the framework for effective decision making to deliver ASML growth.

Role and responsibilities

As an integrated business planner in our team you are responsible for the health of the Integrated Business Plan which you manage by mobilizing your network to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.

In this role you are responsible for approaching complex planning challenges from different angles and balance the interests of different stakeholders.

Together with Sales and Marketing departments you translate input from customers like Samsung, Intel, and TSMC into a demand plan. You will meet with product development teams of D&E to create product introduction plans. Together with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Sourcing you will determine and validate planning parameters and create scenarios for the best production & capability plan for the horizon of the next 2~7 year. You will interact with and give advice to the Business Lines, Finance and other stakeholders. You will interface with and advice your IBP colleagues on long term planning aspects. You represent Integrated Business Planning in cross-sector improvement projects.

Besides delivering the best possible business plan including new product information and financials, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the complete organization is executing to the same plan;
Enabling decision making by reporting and presenting the various scenarios and its consequences to stakeholders and senior management;
Defining health indicators to monitor and manage on plan execution and progress;
Identifying and capturing opportunities, as well as identifying and mitigating risks;
Deploying the ASML business strategy and sustainable growth.

Education and experience

Master degree in Business/ Industrial engineering and management science, Finance, Supply Chain management or Business studies.

5+ years experience within ASML in the area of sales, finance, operations or program management;
Planning experience in large complex organizations, preferably in semicon field.

The Integrated Business Planner is part of the Integrated Business Planning department which is a separate entity within the Operations sector with a strong interface with Business Lines. Its independent role is used to create an objective decision making process for planning purposes across ASML. It plays a vital role in bringing parts of information together, providing the right decisions and consequences to senior management and board level. Extensive contact with various sectors within ASML is required to be able to make the right links.
