Introduction to the job
The Inventory project specialist who is responsible for the entire Tainan Factory inventory control. Based on the future demand to evaluate inventory changes, then output a plan and take actions to optimize inventory figures, will link to the entire ASML operation.
Role and responsibilities
1. Eligible for leading projects with logistic or material planning scope.
2. Coordination and completion of projects on time within framing.
3. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring the progress of project. 4. Presenting reports for all stakeholders regarding the latest status of the project.

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
2. Reserve resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan, and strategy.
4. Presenting project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress agreement to documentation.
5. Good at collaborating and be fluent in English to communicate with different departments.
6. Be able to motivate and guide team members with stressful situations.
7. Optimistically deal with and tackle challenges step by step.
Education and experience
Master's degree; 5 years' experience in supply chain related function

2. With experience of managing projects regarding material management or supply chain management.
3. With cross-function experience, especially Finance would be preferred.
4. With experience of operating SAP or Oracle (material module/production module) would be preferred.

As part of the inventory control program, this position is responsible for assets evaluation, taking actions to eliminate the inefficient inventory. To calculate inefficient inventory and deal with corresponding figures.
