In the Supply Chain Site Manager position for Israel, you will add value to customer operations through the set-up and delivery of supply chain solutions regarding availability of service parts, tools and commercial packages (installs and upgrades). You will need strong operational management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to set-up a new organization and realize service level agreements within a unique and highly demanding environment.
Job Description
With this Site Start-Up you are overall responsible to set-up a Supply Chain organization in Israel to support Supply Chain activities for both existing customer fab and new fab(s). Furthermore you will work on Recruitment, Training & Team Development of both internal and external contracted workers, the set up of Supply Chain Infrastructure (Warehouse, Cleanroom, Transportation) and In-Fab Logistics services from warehouses to customer cleanrooms
Customer related:
- Active participation with Customer and Customer Service organization in understanding customer needs, and translating needs into supply chain solutions
- Represent the site Supply Chain organization to senior stakeholders during routine site readiness updates, escalations & monthly operational reviews
- Build and sustain a relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Performance Management related:
- Overall responsible for supply chain performance Israel, to include:
- On time in full (OTIF) for all needed materials related to upgrades/installs/relocations to meet agreed plan
- Service contract commitments/targets are met through proper planning through standardized and efficient processes
- Prepare customer communication and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Maintain/improve cooperation between local, regional and central supply chain teams for optimal execution
Cost Management related:
- Overall responsible for meeting Supply Chain cost performance targets for Israel
- Site P&L ownership for Supply Chain costs
- Initiate and drive cost reduction initiatives to meet Long Term Financial Plan
Leadership – Process, People and Development related:
- Ensure the right capacity and capabilities of Supply Chain team Israel to execute all supply chain activities
- Ensure proper training and skill level assessment/development to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g. Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain Management)
Experience
- 8 to 10 years relevant experience in complex customer oriented (supply chain) environment
- Experience in a large international company in the area of logistics, supply chain, operations management, procurement or consultancy, preferably experience in semiconductor business
- Experience with contracted 3rd party logistical warehouses & value-added services
- Management experience in setting up teams from scratch and leading teams and projects
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets
- Experience with project management, change management and continuous improvement programs
- Familiar with ERP; SAP experience is preferred

Location and travel
- Position is stationed in Israel (Kiryat Gat area)
This position is reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director Europe and travel will be limited (up to 10%) mostly within Europe
