The ASML Factory training division, located in Veldhoven, The Netherlands is seeking highly talented individuals to join our innovative and creative team of trainers, developers, project leaders and architects to accelerate our leadership in delivering design and Manufacturing solutions to our internal customers.

Role and responsibilities

As a work force coach, you have an important role in the ASML organization where the main focus is on helping our factory engineers gaining valuable skills for their ASML careers. Furthermore, as work force coach, you will support the engineers in the work centers in their training development. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering technical, safety and tool training. This job is new within ASML, and tasks are subject to change. You will help to shape this new roll in our team.

Expected tasks are:

• Identify training needs on the shopfloor
• Support on the job trainers
• Support the TL/GL with the training and skill matrix

Therefore, having ASML cleanroom and engineering experience is a must to succeed in this role.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in education (or equivalent in experience) with training or education in a technical environment (Fontys Education).

• Working in the ASML factory for >5j
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is necessary.
• Verbal and written English communication and presentation skills on level B1.
• Experience as a On the Job trainer.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence without power

Other information

This position reports to the EF (EUV Factory) FS (Factory Support) Training Development & Delivery Manager and will work closely together with the team of trainers and developers. You will work in a team of approximately 30 professional trainers, developers, account managers, learning architects and project support colleagues.
