This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large and growing Recruitment organization.We are continuing to build the Talent Acquisition team and are looking for Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist . The TA Specialist position will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for entry level roles as well as sourcing candidates for critical roles via our internal ATS and external channels (Linked In etc.) The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and Sr. Recruiters across technical/engineering teams to attract and hire high quality candidates. ASML is a fast paced and complex engineering organization that sources candidates in a very competitive labor market.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage a set of entry level technical requisitions through the Full Cycle Recruitment Process
  • Source critical talent in support of complex roles being led by the TA Leader
  • Review large quantities of organic applicants with the intended outcome of narrowing a large candidate pools
  • Leverage various channels such as internal candidates, personal networks, social media, blogs/forums, events, Google/Boolean searches, and select sourcing tools to attract passive candidate profiles
  • Stay at the forefront of technology to connect ASML to top talent across the country
  • Collaborate and execute on sourcing efforts to build a strong pipeline of top candidates from across the industry
  • Interview and evaluatecandidate's skills, experience, and alignment with our core values
  • Produce viable talent pools for critical competencies
  • Cultivate and maintain on-going relationships with key talent candidate segments
  • Partner with internal stakeholders from both TA/HR and the Business to identify staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition
  • Utilize data and metrics to communicate business needs and measurable impact of efforts
  • Provide biweekly recruitment reports and sourcing updates, highlight monthlystatus and impact of efforts on KPI’s
  • Collaborate with employment branding team to enhance impact and effectiveness of our recruitment marketing campaigns

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment/sourcing in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources to predict labor market trends
