Introduction to the job
Collect and analyze data related within the sourcing department. Lead and/or participate in cost of good reduction meetings and other support other and continuous improvement projects.(example: supplier yield improvements, supplier consolidations etc).
Role and responsibilities
Assist TB and SL team members andmanager to achieve Cog of Goods target
Work with management to identify, develop and implement corrective action plans based on analysis, trend analysis and forecasting.
Drive cost reduction for initially TNF factory material sourcing. Experiences gained to be later used / projected on other Cost of good reduction projects.
Alwaysmaintain up-to-date information on current COG in supply chain and system CoGstatus. Ability to point out and predict bottlenecks throughout the supplychain process.
SupportTBs and SLs and managers while making decisions with persuasive dataanalysis.
Designreporting format and provide routine report/KPI for S&SC andmanufacturing management
Developmanagement control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis andcontrol systems to coordinate activities and ensure COG targets.Make recommendations / supplier on CoGperformance by various criteria (example: mfg technology, country of originetc).
Adviseon lean manufacturing and Kaizen method for supplier MFG operationimprovement projects. Ability to utilize SAP, Oracle and other IT systems proficiently.
Preferredto have progamming capability to devise own software tooling.
Interfacewith ASML Veldhoven HQ on reports out. Ensure uniform reportingstructure.
Education and experience
Bachelor and above.
Major in industrial engineering or related fields
Preferred know how of data analyses
Commercial experience is a plus (to understand supplier costing models etc).
