New organization of ASML Tainan Factory to lead , enable and deliver ASML Tainan Factory future growth and operation excellence
Project management for inefficient inventory reduction and material notification process efficiency improvement projects on time within budget and within scope
The macro economic view of ASML going into 2025 will see a significant growth in business and in revenue. In order to materialize this growth potential, The Project Lead will take on the lead role in industrial footprint, factory capabilities, efficiency drive, quality improvement and any other new project based initiatives to support ASML Tainan (Taiwan) to reinforce the competitive position and be a pathfinder to look ahead for ASML Tainan (Taiwan) future growth and road to operation excellence.
Role and responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Education and experience
Master's degree in industrial engineering, business, or a related field
3~5 years of project management and related experience
