Role and responsibilities
In support of the HMI Sales operations,A Sales Operations is a professional who analyzes data, researches processes and manages various procedures to ensure all sales records are managed and organized properly. Sales Operations responsibilities includes, sales forecasting, organizing demands and supply information, analyzing Install base and documents for the sales team, analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the ASML.
Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by the sales team
Support the sales team using SFDC, SAP etc with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
Create monthly content for executive presentations
Assist with on-boarding and training new sales
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Master’s degree a plus
required with 5 years of relevant work experience.And be mindful that any changes may impact minimum qualifications with visa implications
3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of semiconductor industry
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
Set up dashboards and track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement
