You asHMI ( An ASML company) CE! Configuration project leader ,you are responsible for the governance of the “CE! Rules ” within customer BoM management, and implementing Configuration, Change and Release management means and methods complying to CE! requirement. You are also the driving force to keep continuous improvement to meet customer expectation for CE! program.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

  • In the position of CE! Configuration project lead,
  • Own and drive governance of the “CE!” Rules, means and methods with customer BoM management
  • Improve adherence to CE! process by performing periodic process
  • audits, communicating the results and initiating improvement proposals
  • Work with cross-functional groups (D&E , Supply Chain, worldwide customer support personnel, manufacturing personnel, upper management, marketing, etc) to build constructive and effective relationships
  • Support internal CE! team within the change process in general and manage customer configuration in particular
  • Develop and maintain Customer Golden BOM (Bill of Material)according to ASML Bom management procedure
  • Configuration- As_Built audit for tools need comply to CE!.
  • Host ECO review meetingwith Internal CE! Team on a regular basis
  • Upload/present customer required documentation for customer EC approval, review approval status and follow up in timely manner
  • Produce clear, concise documentation for Customer site tool configuration
  • Follow up, execute activities which established by CE! program team
  • Other daily work assignments include:
  • High-level BOM creation for new product
  • Attend CCB (Change Control Board) meetings,understand how design change will impact customer configuration

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Bachelor/Master degree with 3 - 7 years’ of experience on customer configuration management.
  • Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process.
  • Excellent customer servicing skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
  • Experience as a project leader, effective written and oral communication skill.
  • Experience working on hardware products defining Bill of Materials structures and documentation.
  • Ability to foresee impact of change (e.g. logistics, field service, customer support).
  • Proven skills on data analysis combined with business sense.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office ,Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
  • Experience with Arena, Oracle, Teamcenter, SAP is a plus.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Highly organized, excellent attention to detail.

  • This position is available within HMI Configuration Management department. You will work on different levels in the organization, with project leaders, cross sector stakeholders (Development & Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Customer Services departments and Program) to perform configuration management to achieve the perfect configurations throughout the organization of HMI.
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel (domestic and international) dependent on business needs – 10%.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

  • The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.
