ASML's Customer Support (CS) department is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.

The mission of the CS Strategic PMO department is to support the strategic execution process for CS by connecting ASML strategy to CS priorities, supporting the preparation and following up on executive management meetings, and ensuring adequate reporting and management information is available for CS leadership to make decisions and recommendations.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad-based exposure to CS strategic and operational priorities and close collaboration with the CS management team. Role and responsibilities

As Senior Project manager Strategy Execution for the CS PMO department, you focus on:

·Creating compelling executive presentation materials to communicate essential insights and recommendations;

·Leading key service strategies & initiatives reports-out: working with the leadership team and other stakeholders to highlight key projects / initiatives;

·Planning and facilitating key leadership meetings/ events and drive an effective meeting process and culture;

·Creating and managing infrastructure to enable constructive collaboration.

Education and experience

·Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in strategic/ business/operations management;

·Experience working with executive levels/senior leadership and the ability to influence and network;

·Master's degree in a business course (MBA or similar).
