Introduction to the job

This role will be based in Hsinchu Taiwan and is responsible for interacting with employees, managers and HR colleagues in Asia by providing insights and solutions to diverse scenarios by phone or via our HR systems. This role will be part of a dynamic team within the HR Services organization in a fast growing and continuously changing international high tech company, with lots of career and development opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support and prompt inquiry resolution for more complex questions on onboarding

Work in line with global& local policies and processes related to onboarding. Independentlyanswer questions in relation to its own domain on what needs to be done inspecific situations using own professional judgement.
Interact with candidate,new hire, managers and employees to bring good candidate experience andemployee experience.
Handle inquiries from aTier 2 perspective where an interpretation of policies is needed. Resolvingissues in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2eway of working.
Acknowledge whereprecedents might be set and align proactively with relevant Expertise teams.Escalate cases to Expertise (Tier 3) where guidance, deeper policyclarification and/or policy exception is needed.
Translate new/changedpolicies to knowledge base & process execution. Proactively give input toExpertise (Tier 3) in case of needs for policy adjustments.
Perform data gatheringfor continuous improvement and compliancy in its own domain.
Drive standardization,simplification, automation and efficiency gains in relation to the relevantprocesses in its own domain.
Actively identifiescustomer centric improvements and participates in improvement projects. Drivestandardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.
Ensure service levelagreements are met and higher level of customer satisfaction is reached.
Safeguard own knowledge& skills and update knowledge database.

Education and experience

Bachelor or Master
Fluent in English towork with multinational colleagues
Ability to consistentlydeliver high quality work in a professional and efficient manner.
Knowledge of HRprocesses, systems and policies.
Consulting agility &style flexibility to understand customer needs and deal with a broad range ofcustomers.
Ability to quickly findyour way in a network of information

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
Experience in Workday or ServiceNow is preferred
